The furnitures are IN!

Yup, the furnitures to our new home has arrived!  a couple of days nie, been really busy setting up the home with mummy, my family and khairul.. can already move in, i tell u!  dah complete! and i found my new passion, curtains! why curtains? i also dunno laa... 
..no photos just yet, wanna make it a surprise... hehehe

I'm going to (the) SPA..

Hehe.. Saje je letak title like that.. coz tomorrow i'm going to SPA (Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia) - work related! ..and on Saturday plak to Tini's spa.. hehehe! 
I've made an appointment with Tini's spa for this weekend.. I need to recharge my batteries la.. I have 1 month + eft only.. Nanti tak berseri pulak.. hehe.. Had no time for myself lately, it's always work-work-work.. Enuff of all that, this Saturday, i am going to make time for ME, ME and ME only.. 3 hours of non-stop PAMPERING.. Waaaa.... can't wait!

Birthday Boy..

8th of March was Khairul's 28th birthday..  Got him a jacket that he wanted sooo badly and already forgotten all about it! We first spotted the jacket in December (i think!), thank god i managed to get hold of the last one in late February.. LUCKY ME!! Glad that he love it soo much, teros pakai xnak tanggal2 dah.. eceh.. well, he looks good in that anyway! ... Hemm, know what? It's his last birthday as a bachelor laa...

FOOD TASTING & HOTEL DISCUSSION I

Last night, we had the food tasting at the hotel.. Mummy, Fara, Zila, Indri, Khairul, Abom (Khairul's cousin), myself and THE KIDS were there.. We had the entire HUGE room to ourselves.. The kids, AMIN, AKIM & ALEEM, bukan main seronok, running-here-and there, shouting & laughing.. hahaha! Kesian the next door people yg having a seminar... can hear baby screams and laughter the entire night! Sorry ye...
Before the makan, had a brief discussion with Gina, the senior banquet manager there. We now basically know the flow and setup will be on that day.. That's Good!  Everything is almost done, except for the pelamin. Have to meet up with the pelamin maker later in April.
The best part is the FOOD!! The food is soooo soooo yummy! ..and sgt2 spicy! (which Khairul loved!) hahaha.. told the chef to tone down on the spices!! I don't want the guests to have numb lips and tongue nanti.. hahahah.. Overall, the food was simply delicious! The service was excellent too.. I personally love the dessert - i've never tasted cream caramel that good before! Credit to them...  Later that night, all of us went home with a big smile and a BIG belly... BURP!

MENU DISCUSSIONS

We had our "internal" (haha) menu discussion yesterday.. for the nikah ceremony and hotel reception as well.. My aunties will be doing all the cooking & food preparation for the nikah.. (or AJK MAKANAN for short!) The menu will be very simple, nothing fancy pun! Special thanks to my aunties (MAK CIK ZAN, MAK CIK NGAH, MAK CIK NIE & MAK BUSU) for lending a hand and insisting to cook themselves rather than just call for the catering service. Siap nak sponsor2 makan lagi.. Lucky me!!! ...My big sis, Fara is put in charge of all the arrangements at the surau.. (Emm, name her AJK SURAU can arr.. ) Need to come up with a few AJK-s la... hahahah, any ideas?
As for the hotel menu, what i can say is that i am truly satisfied with the food selection.. comes with 2 deserts!! Cream caramel (my fave!) + fruits.. Yummy! Just give it to mummy for her good choices!! There will be a food tasting tomorrow night at the hotel! Yummy..

VISITING RYNA & BABY NAZHAN

Last night, went to Naryna's to see her.. It's been ages since we last see each other! Rindunyer.. The funny thing was the way Ryna greeted me, she came running to me saying, "Lina, i gemok tak, gemok tak?" That's the same ol' Ryna.. Borak punya borak, till almost 11pm, then went to have a look at the sleeping beauty, Baby Nazhan.. I guess we were too noisy and woked him up! Yeay, got to play with him for a while.. He's sooo adorable.. And he's sooo SEMANGAT!! Sihat betol, rasa nak cubit2! I got him a BAJU, but sah2 la he cannot fit into that although i beli the BAJU for AGE 2... he is so much bigger than THAT! Apa la mama Nazhan bagi makan ekk... Am going to get something for NAZHAN, again... hehe! Can't wait to see them AGAIN.. in later March...

Yesterday, went to JAIS to submit all the necessary documents.. Alhamdulillah, semua dah settle and approved by JAIS.. Except that Khairul and I STILL have to fill in ONE LAST borang before we submit it to the ustaz yang akan akadkan nikah.. In the borang, there are some fields that we have to fill prior before the submission like, Nilai Mas Kahwin, Nilai Hantaran, Hadiah Sampingan - Nyatakan (which is what are we going to give as batal air sembahyang).. Funny kan? Why must we fill all these before nikah? X surprise la nanti.. hehehe.. Anyway, I'm soo glad that everything is ALMOST done... One step to go..
