Today is exactly 2 months to the nikah date.. waaaaa, how time flies huh? Still have losta stuff to do...
Last weekend, Khairul and I found a place for us to call home.. We are now renting a small apartment in Subang Jaya. Very cozy, just nice for the two of us.. Right now, both of us are busy setting up the place before the wedding.. So excited!! hihi... Will MOVE IN right after our wedding!! yeay, yeay, yeay...
Just found out that Ryna is coming back... yeay!! can ask her for wedding preparation tips.. i'm sooo glad that u're coming back!! Missed u soooo much...

Nikah Date!
|

Took the day off yesterday to settle the borang permohonan nikah for my side. Khairul already done his part and his validity expires in May 1st 2008 - so it's my turn to get mine settled. After discussions with the khariah masjid, my dad, and the witnesses - my bro in law and his dad, we've decided to have the nikah ceremony on :
Date : 25th April 2008 (Friday)
Time : 10.00 am
Venue : Surau Nur Hidayah (USJ 9)
There was a change in venue, because Masjid Al-Falakh will be packed from 11am due to the Friday prayers. So, next best option is to have it at the surau in USJ 9. Good facilities and all! There will be a small "makan-makan" at the surau afterwards.. hihi
Now, i have to send the borang back to JAIS, chop2 sign2 and then only I'll get the kebenaran untuk berkahwin.. hehhee... Glad that everything's almost done!

The Wedding Ring Hunt is OVER!

I bought Khairul's ring last night with my mom.. love it, love it!!! i hope he does too.. It's a platinum ring with a stud stone.. and there's a layer of design at the front.. very simple and nice! very KHAIRUL.. I really really hope he does like it - coz he will be wearing it for his entire life.. hahaha!!  I am getting it engraved.. hihihi, so happy! Yeay..

Khairul's Wedding Ring

I am searching for the perfect wedding ring for Khairul.. Found something i like yesterday, but the ring can be engraved with ONLY 5 letters inside.. hemm... On my risik ring, we had it engraved with "Khairul - Lina 07.07.07 " and on Khairul's ring, "Lina - Khairul 07.07.07" I think it's sweet!! =)
For his wedding ring, I want it to be engraved with "Everyday I love U"..  I know it may sound "ewww" ....but that's how i feel about our relationship... And i want it to be that way, ALWAYS.....

Furniture Hunt =)

Went to ********* sale, to have a look at some furniture.. tot of just browsing and not buying anything yet.. since it's 3 months away till our wedding! Initially, we had already pick out a few things we like prior after looking at the catalog.. so, when we were there and looking at those stuff right of front of us, we went crazy... Macam nak beli je semua.... huhu... When ******** agreed to store all the furniture at their warehouse for a couple of months (since our home is not quite ready yet!) before delivering it to us, we all, apa lagi, rambang mata!!! We took about 2 hours looking and deciding on what we like, end up buying them after all.. Only the basics la.. Sofa (i love!), coffee table =), bedroom set (i like!), TV set... =) (but no TV yet.. hehehe)
Thank god, Khairul and I have similar taste in furniture.. Both of us love simplicity and dark colours.. Will have another furniture hunt soon as we still don't have a dining table YET.. electrical items will be our next hunt..
